Coaching Resources (Tools & Tips)
To enable as many people as possible to have the benefits that coaching can provide I have added some tools and tips for you to use. Try the tools, pick and mix them - let me know how you get on.
Key Coaching Tools
- Wheel of life. Identify where your life is out of balance and help you to re-balance.

Who do you want to be? Look at what motivates you i.e. your core values and ensure your life is in balance with these values. Emotional unrest and stress is often the result of a life that is not inline with your core values.
Personal Values Exercise - Great Info and Activity to help you identity your values. Helping you to understand yourself even better and make better decisions such as a job more, or to help understand why you just don't feel right. -
Do you sabotage yourself with criticisms and negative mind chatter?
- Do you catch yourself thinking you are not smart or good enough?
- Do you think you don't deserve good things or it's too hard?
- Are you over-sensitive about what others say or do?

Examine beliefs you hold about yourself - Identify what rules you apply to your life and how well they serve you - these are the beliefs you hold about yourself and this is the area of your life where you may be limiting yourself for no good reason other than you hold a belief ''you cant do that … because …'. - How to set goals to get the life you really want. Coach yourself
You will be able to apply these tools to your life and you will get positive results. You may well be wondering why bother pay a coach when you have such tools, read personal development books etc.
No amount of tools will give you the same impact that talking to a coach will.
Something quite amazing happens when you are truly listened to; it has been described as almost magical by some. It's not often that we get the chance to talk about our lives to someone whose only agenda is yours, who doesn't judge anything you say and who isn't waiting for their turn to speak.
